How it works
- An article links to an external booking platform or service — for example, a page where you can check ticket, tour, or hotel availability yourself.
- If you click the link and complete a booking or purchase on that external site, the platform may pay Japan Moves a commission.
- The price you pay is the same either way. The transaction is entirely between you and the external site, under its terms, cancellation rules, and customer support.
Japan Moves never handles your booking, payment, or personal travel details. Whether to book — and where — is always your decision. Use official websites to confirm the latest timetables, fares, and conditions before you commit.

What affiliate links don’t change
- Editorial judgment comes first. Articles exist to help you decide, not to sell. If an option isn’t worth it for your situation, I’ll say so — including options this site could earn from.
- Commissions never set the recommendation. No platform or operator pays to be recommended, and no evaluation is adjusted for money.
